Crispy Prosciutto and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

- Prosciutto
- 2 slices
- Egg

- Avocado
- 1/2, sliced
- English muffin
- 1
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce
- 1-2 leaves
- Tomato
- 2 slices
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the prosciutto slices on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until they are crispy. Be careful not to burn them.
- While the prosciutto is in the oven, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and fry to your desired doneness.
- Toast the English muffin until it's golden brown. Spread the mayonnaise evenly on both halves.
- Start building your sandwich on one half of the English muffin. First, layer the lettuce, followed by the tomato slices, and then the sliced avocado.
- Add the crispy prosciutto and top with the fried egg. Finish by topping with the other half of the English muffin.
