- Burger buns
- 4, toasted
- Garlic aioli

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it's nice and hot for the perfect sear.
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing during cooking.
