Ingredients
- Ground coffee
- 1 cup
- Dried lavender
- 2 tablespoons
- Lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon
- Water
- 4 cups
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the ground coffee, dried lavender, and lemon zest. Stir well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the water over the coffee mixture, ensuring all the grounds are saturated. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, or overnight for optimal flavor infusion.
- After steeping, strain the cold brew through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the coffee grounds and lavender remnants. Discard the solids.
