Ingredients
- Toasted sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
- Green onions (2, finely chopped)
- Rice noodles (200g)
- Sugar (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Onion (1, thinly sliced)
- Cabbage (1 cup, shredded)
- Carrots (1 cup, julienned)
- Beef (200g, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Once browned, remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the julienned carrots, shredded cabbage, thinly sliced onion, and minced garlic. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the browned beef to the pan. Add the soy sauce and sugar, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the ingredients are well-coated with the sauce.
- To serve, divide the cooked rice noodles among serving bowls. Top the noodles with the stir-fried beef and vegetables.
