Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, ensuring it is evenly shaped.
  3. Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this garlic oil mixture generously over the surface of the pizza dough.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  6. Next, add the Fontina cheese, followed by the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, and finally sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Season the pizza with salt and pepper to taste, enhancing the flavors of the cheeses.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
  9. Carefully remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh chopped basil.
  10. Slice into wedges, serve hot, and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
