  • Green bell pepper (1, sliced)
  • Onion (1, sliced)
  • Jalapeno (1, sliced (remove seeds for less heat))
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Cumin (1 teaspoon)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Sour cream (1/2 cup (for serving))
  • Salsa (1/2 cup (for serving))

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and jalapeno to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
