1 bag
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Ground cumin
1 teaspoon
Green onion
1, chopped
Tomato
1, diced
Jalapeno pepper
1, diced
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Monterey jack cheese
1 cup, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a cast iron skillet, create a base layer with the shredded Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
  3. Evenly spread the diced jalapeno, tomato, and green onion over the cheese.
  4. Season the toppings with ground cumin, paprika, and salt.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted and bubbly.
