Ice cubes
1 cup
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Natural honey
2 tablespoons
Ripe strawberries
1 cup, hulled and sliced
Ripe banana
1, peeled and chopped
Unsweetened almond milk
2 cups
Cooked quinoa
1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients. Ensure the quinoa is cooked and cooled before proceeding.
  2. In a high-speed blender, place the cooked quinoa, unsweetened almond milk, chopped banana, sliced strawberries, natural honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed for about 2 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again for another minute, until the milkshake is chilled and frothy.
  5. Once the desired consistency is reached, pour the milkshake into two large glasses. Serve immediately for the best flavor and consistency.
