Servings: 4

Ingredients

Raclette cheese
500 grams, sliced into thin pieces
Potatoes
8 medium, boiled, cooled, and sliced
Cornichons
1 cup
Pickled onions
1 cup
Cured meats
400 grams (such as prosciutto, salami, or ham)
Fresh vegetables
2 cups (such as cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, or mushrooms)
Fresh herbs
1 bunch (such as parsley or chives), chopped
Salt and pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your raclette grill. If you don't have a raclette grill, a regular grill can work too, with a heatproof dish for melting the cheese.
  2. Arrange your boiled and sliced potatoes, cornichons, pickled onions, cured meats, and fresh vegetables in separate dishes for everyone to access.
  3. Place the thin slices of raclette cheese onto the grill or in a heatproof dish under the grill. Let the cheese melt until it's bubbly and has a golden-brown hue.
  4. Once the cheese is adequately melted, scrape it onto your plate filled with accompaniments of your choice. Mix and match flavors as you please!
  5. Season your plate with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh herbs for an added layer of freshness.
  6. Indulge in the warm, gooey goodness of the raclette cheese combined with the accompaniments. Remember, the best part of raclette is the experience of creating your unique combination of flavors!
