- Orange bell pepper
- 1, thinly sliced
- Yellow bell pepper
- 1, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper
- 1, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined to create a zesty sauce.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface or plate.
- Spread a generous amount of the honey-lime sauce evenly on each tortilla, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
