Whole wheat tortillas

Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Lime juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Fresh cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Avocado
1, sliced
Purple cabbage
1 cup, thinly sliced
Carrot
1 large, grated
Cucumber
1, sliced
Orange bell pepper
1, thinly sliced
Yellow bell pepper
1, thinly sliced
Red bell pepper
1, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined to create a zesty sauce.
  2. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface or plate.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the honey-lime sauce evenly on each tortilla, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  4. Layer the sliced orange, yellow, and red bell peppers, cucumber, grated carrot, purple cabbage, sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro on top of the sauce in an attractive manner.
