Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles with the seasoning packets from the ramen packages. Mix well.
- Divide the noodle mixture into 4 equal portions. Press each portion into a round mold or small bowl to form the bun shape. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
- In another bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined and form into 2 equal patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Carefully remove the ramen buns from the refrigerator and take them out of the molds or bowls.
- In the same skillet, toast the ramen buns for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- To prepare the sauce, mix together the ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Adjust to taste.
- Assemble the burger by placing a ramen bun on the bottom, topping it with a beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a dollop of the sauce. Finish with another ramen bun on top.
- Serve the Ramen Burger immediately and enjoy the delightful crunch and savory goodness!

- For a spicier kick, add a few drops of sriracha to the sauce or sprinkle some chili flakes on the beef patties.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Experiment with different toppings like avocado, pickles, or jalapeños for a unique twist.
