Ingredients

Original recipe serves 2

Ice cubes
1 cup
Raw honey
1 tablespoon, or to taste
Full-fat coconut milk
1 cup
Fresh raspberries
1 cup

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add the rinsed raspberries, full-fat coconut milk, raw honey, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high until all the ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is creamy and smooth. This should take approximately 1-2 minutes.
  4. Taste the smoothie. If needed, add a bit more honey for extra sweetness and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and serve immediately. For an extra touch, garnish with a few fresh raspberries on top.
