Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- Raw honey
- 1 tablespoon, or to taste
- Full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup
- Fresh raspberries
- 1 cup
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water.
- In a high-speed blender, add the rinsed raspberries, full-fat coconut milk, raw honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high until all the ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is creamy and smooth. This should take approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Taste the smoothie. If needed, add a bit more honey for extra sweetness and blend again.
