Ingredients

- Raspberries (2 cups)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mash the raspberries with a fork until they are broken down and the sugar is dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold the raspberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
