Ingredients

  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Powdered sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • Heavy cream (1 cup)
  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Raspberries (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Mash the raspberries with a fork until they are broken down and the sugar is dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the raspberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Divide the mixture among 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
