Ingredients

Original recipe serves 6

Fresh raspberries
2 cups
Fresh lemons
4, juiced and sliced
Granulated sugar
3/4 cup (adjust to taste)
Water
4 cups
Ice cubes
as needed
Fresh mint leaves
for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the raspberries, juice of 2 lemons, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any seeds, pressing the mixture with a spoon to extract more juice.
  3. Add the remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
  4. Slice the remaining 2 lemons and add them to the pitcher for added flavor and visual appeal.
  5. Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly into serving glasses.
  6. Serve the raspberry lemonade over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
