Homemade Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

Ingredients
- Fresh basil

- Tomato sauce
- 2 cups

- Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups
- Spinach
- 2 cups, cooked and chopped
- Eggs
- 2
- All-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and eggs. Knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cooked spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. This will be your filling for the ravioli.
- After the dough has rested, roll it out on a floured surface until it's thin. Cut the dough into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and ricotta filling onto each square. Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain the ravioli.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat. Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce and toss gently until they're evenly coated.
