- Black pepper

- Honey

- Lime juice

- Red bell pepper
- 1, thinly sliced
- Carrots

- Red cabbage
- 1/2, shredded
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, thinly sliced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro. Toss to mix.
- To prepare the dressing, in a separate small bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and freshly ground black pepper until well blended.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Toss the salad until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
