- 2 ounces Soda water

Instructions
- Fill a Collins glass with ice to chill it while you prepare the cocktail.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of Redbreast Irish Whiskey, 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.
