Ingredients

Original recipe serves 1

Redbreast Irish Whiskey
2 ounces
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce
Simple syrup
1/2 ounce
Soda water
2 ounces
Ice
enough to fill a collins glass
Lemon slice
1, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice to chill it while you prepare the cocktail.
  2. In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of Redbreast Irish Whiskey, 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.
  3. Stir the mixture gently until well combined.
  4. Pour the whiskey mixture into the chilled Collins glass over the ice.
  5. Top the cocktail with 2 ounces of soda water for that refreshing fizz.
  6. Gently stir the cocktail once more to blend the soda water.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the harmonious blend of flavors!

Tips
