- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped Fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground Black pepper

- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 4 (6-ounce) fillets Reineta fish fillets

Instructions
- Season both sides of the Reineta fish fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
- Add the seasoned fish fillets to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fillets are golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the fish to a serving plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and the lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, while scraping the bottom of the skillet to incorporate the flavors left behind by the fish into the sauce.
- Pour the hot lemon butter sauce over the cooked Reineta fish fillets.
- Garnish the dish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot. This dish pairs beautifully with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad.
