Ingredients

Shrimp
500 grams, peeled and deveined
Water
2 liters
Salt
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Lemon
juice of 1 lemon
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Fresh dill
2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Bring the water and salt to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. In the meantime, make the lemon-garlic mayonnaise. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Once the shrimp have cooled, add them to the mayonnaise mixture. Toss gently until the shrimp are well coated.
