- Milkfish (bangus), deboned

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the diced carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Carefully stuff the deboned milkfish with the pork and vegetable mixture, ensuring it's well-packed. Secure the opening of the fish with toothpicks or kitchen twine to keep the filling intact.
- Place the stuffed milkfish in a baking dish and drizzle with a little more soy sauce if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy your delicious Rellenong Bangus!
