Fresh garlic
2 cloves, minced
Fresh flat-leaf parsley

Green onions
2, finely chopped
Dill pickles
2 tablespoons, finely chopped

Instructions

  2. Add the chopped capers, dill pickles, green onions, and fresh parsley to the bowl.
  3. Add in the minced garlic, hot sauce, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
  4. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. You want a smooth, creamy consistency with a uniform distribution of the chopped ingredients.
  5. Taste the sauce. If needed, adjust the seasoning to your preference.
  6. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This waiting period allows the flavors to meld together, enhancing the overall taste of the sauce.

Tips

  • 💡 For a lower-fat version, you can substitute half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
  • 💡 For a spicier kick, add an extra dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • 💡 The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
