Classic French Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
- Hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon
- Fresh garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Green onions
- 2, finely chopped
- Dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Capers
- 2 tablespoons, drained and chopped
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise
- 1 cup
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice.
- Add the chopped capers, dill pickles, green onions, and fresh parsley to the bowl.
- Add in the minced garlic, hot sauce, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. You want a smooth, creamy consistency with a uniform distribution of the chopped ingredients.
- Taste the sauce. If needed, adjust the seasoning to your preference.
