 - Russian dressing
 - 1/2 cup
 - Swiss cheese
 - 1 cup, shredded
 - Sauerkraut
 - 1 cup, drained
 - Corned beef
 - 1 cup, sliced or shredded
 - Flour tortillas
 - 4 large (10-inch)
 
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Russian dressing with a splash of hot sauce for an extra kick, if desired.
 - Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
 - Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
 - Spread 2 tablespoons of Russian dressing on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
 - Layer 1/4 cup of corned beef, 1/4 cup of sauerkraut, and 1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese onto one side of each tortilla.
