
Rhubarb and Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
- Black pepper (to taste)

- Feta cheese (1/2 cup, crumbled)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh mint leaves (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Watermelon (4 cups, cubed)
- Rhubarb (2 stalks, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced rhubarb, watermelon cubes, and chopped mint leaves.
