Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Red onion (1/4, thinly sliced)
  • Tomato (1, sliced)
  • Lettuce (4 leaves)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
  • Bread (4 slices)
  • Cheddar cheese (4 slices)
  • Roast beef (8 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on the other side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer roast beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on one slice of bread.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, mustard side down.
