Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Red onion (1/4, thinly sliced)
  • Tomato (1, sliced)
  • Lettuce (4 leaves)
  • Horseradish sauce (4 tablespoons)
  • Bread (4 slices)
  • Roast beef (8 slices)

Instructions

  1. Spread horseradish sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer roast beef slices on two bread slices.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover with the remaining bread slices, horseradish sauce side down.
