Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil until they are well coated.

- Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a large baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they aren't overcrowded to achieve maximum crispiness.
