Ingredients

Carrots
1 pound, peeled and cut into sticks
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Fresh thyme
2 teaspoons, chopped
Salt

Black pepper

Honey (optional)

Fresh parsley (optional)
1 tablespoon, chopped for garnish

Instructions
