Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- Potatoes
- 2 pounds, washed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
- Fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated with the oil and spices.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow them to crisp up.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Then, flip the potatoes and continue to roast for another 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
