
Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Dip
This creamy and flavorful dip is made with roasted red peppers and tangy goat cheese.
Ingredients
- Crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh basil (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Cream cheese (4 oz)
- Goat cheese (4 oz)
- Roasted red peppers (2 large, peeled and seeded)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve the dip warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
