Ingredients

  • Crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh basil (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Cream cheese (4 oz)
  • Goat cheese (4 oz)
  • Roasted red peppers (2 large, peeled and seeded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
