Infused with the aromatic freshness of rosemary and a hint of garlic, they transform the humble potato into a gourmet delight. Ingredients

Black pepper
1 teaspoon, freshly ground
Salt
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon, finely chopped
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Potatoes
2 pounds, washed and cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, finely chopped fresh rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Add the washed and cut potatoes to the bowl. Toss until the potatoes are well coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Ensure they are not overcrowded to achieve the perfect crispiness.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the potatoes halfway through the roasting time for even browning.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
