Ingredients

Whole chicken
1 (about 4-5 lbs)
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Fresh thyme
1/4 cup, chopped
Garlic
6 cloves, minced
Lemon

Black pepper
1 teaspoon, freshly ground
Salt
1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the whole chicken under cold water and pat it dry thoroughly with paper towels to ensure a crispy skin.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, minced garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to create a flavorful herb mixture.
