Ingredients

Bull testicles
1 pound, cleaned and sliced
Vegetable oil
for frying
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Milk
1/2 cup
Eggs
2, beaten
Breadcrumbs

Garlic powder

Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Clean the bull testicles thoroughly and slice them into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  2. In a bowl, season the slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for added flavor.
  3. Dredge each slice in flour, ensuring to shake off any excess flour.
  4. In a separate shallow bowl, beat together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  5. Dip the floured slices into the egg mixture, then coat them with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
