Rogel

- 1 sheet, thawed Puff pastry
- 1 cup Dulce de leche
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup, plus extra for dusting Powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
