Ingredients

Ice cubes

Sparkling water
1 cup
Honey
2 tablespoons
Orange
1, juiced
Lemon
1, juiced
Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add the rosemary sprigs, the juice of one lemon, the juice of one orange, and honey.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to ensure the honey is fully dissolved. This should take no more than 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool, allowing the flavors to fully infuse for about 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove the rosemary sprigs and any pulp, retaining the infused liquid.
  5. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the strained liquid evenly into the glasses, filling them halfway.
