Original recipe serves 4

Ice cubes
as needed
Club soda
4 cups
Water
1 cup
Granulated sugar
3/4 cup
Lemon juice
1/2 cup, freshly squeezed
Fresh rosemary sprigs
4-5 sprigs, plus more for garnish

  2. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes to allow the rosemary's flavor to infuse.
  3. After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the rosemary sprigs.
  4. Add the club soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.
