Authentic German Rouladen
Indulge in a bite of history with this traditional German Rouladen. It's a comforting dish that takes you back to the heart of Germany with every bite. Thinly sliced beef is slathered with tangy mustard, sprinkled with chopped onions, and adorned with a dill pickle spear. It's then rolled up tight, wrapped in savory bacon, and braised until it reaches melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The Rouladen is served in a rich, savory gravy made from the pan drippings, which is best enjoyed with a side of mashed potatoes or German spaetzle.
