Sago't Gulaman
Sago't Gulaman is a beloved Filipino refreshment, perfect for cooling down on a hot day. - 2-3 leaves, tied in a knot Pandan leaves
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 4 cups Water
- 1 packet (approximately 25g) Gulaman (gelatin)
- 1 cup Tapioca pearls

Instructions
- Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions, usually boiling them until they become translucent. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the gulaman (gelatin) by dissolving it in 2 cups of water and following the package instructions. Once set, cut the gelatin into small cubes.
- In a saucepan, combine the remaining 2 cups of water, brown sugar, and pandan leaves. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes to create a fragrant syrup. Remove and discard the pandan leaves.
- In serving glasses, add a few tablespoons of cooked tapioca pearls and gulaman cubes.
- Pour the warm brown sugar syrup over the tapioca pearls and gulaman, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Add ice cubes to each glass for a refreshing chill, and stir gently to mix all the components.
- Serve immediately while cold and enjoy this delightful Filipino treat!
