Ingredients

Butter
2 tablespoons
Bread
4 slices of your choice
Cheddar cheese
4 slices
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Milk
2 tablespoons
Eggs
4, large
Salami
8 slices

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the salami slices to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until slightly crispy. Once done, remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Gently scramble the eggs, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your desired consistency.
  6. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until they achieve a golden-brown color.
  7. Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of cheese on one slice of toasted bread, followed by the cooked salami slices.
  8. Layer the scrambled eggs on top, followed by another slice of cheese.
  9. Cap the sandwich with the second slice of toasted bread.
  10. For an extra touch, place the assembled sandwich in a panini press or on a heated grill pan for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the exterior is crispy.
  11. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately while hot.
