Salami and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons
- Bread
- 4 slices of your choice
- Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices
- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk
- 2 tablespoons
- Eggs
- 4, large
- Salami
- 8 slices
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the salami slices to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until slightly crispy. Once done, remove from skillet and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Gently scramble the eggs, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your desired consistency.
- While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until they achieve a golden-brown color.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of cheese on one slice of toasted bread, followed by the cooked salami slices.
- Layer the scrambled eggs on top, followed by another slice of cheese.
- Cap the sandwich with the second slice of toasted bread.
