Ingredients
- Wooden skewers

- Pickles
- 10, small size
- Salami slices
- 20 slices
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
Instructions
- Cut the salami slices in half. You will end up with 40 pieces.
- Take a wooden skewer and thread a small pickle onto it.
- Next, fold a salami slice in half and thread it onto the skewer next to the pickle.
- Repeat the process by adding another pickle and a folded salami slice.
- Repeat this process with the remaining pickles and salami slices until you have 10 fully assembled skewers.
- Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
