These delightful Salami and Pickle Skewers are a perfect blend of the salty, savory salami and the tart, crunchy pickles. Ingredients

Wooden skewers

Pickles
10, small size
Salami slices
20 slices
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cut the salami slices in half. You will end up with 40 pieces.
  2. Take a wooden skewer and thread a small pickle onto it.
  3. Next, fold a salami slice in half and thread it onto the skewer next to the pickle.
  4. Repeat the process by adding another pickle and a folded salami slice.
  5. Repeat this process with the remaining pickles and salami slices until you have 10 fully assembled skewers.
  6. Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
