Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Mustard (1 tablespoon)
- Mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)
- Red onion (few slices)
- Tomato (1, sliced)

- Provolone cheese (2 slices)
- Salami (4-6 slices)
- Ciabatta bread (1 roll)
Instructions
- Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the roll and mustard on the other side.
- Layer the salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on the roll.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwich and press it gently to compress the ingredients.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve.
