Salami Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)
  • Red onion (few slices)
  • Tomato (1, sliced)
  • Lettuce (a handful)
  • Provolone cheese (2 slices)
  • Salami (4-6 slices)
  • Ciabatta bread (1 roll)

Instructions

  1. Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the roll and mustard on the other side.
  3. Layer the salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on the roll.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Close the sandwich and press it gently to compress the ingredients.
  6. Slice the sandwich in half and serve.
