
Salmon Blt Sandwich
This delicious salmon BLT sandwich combines the flavors of grilled salmon, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy avocado.
Ingredients
- Bread slices (4)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
- Avocado (1, sliced)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Bacon (4 slices)
- Salmon fillets (2)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, grilled salmon, and bacon on two bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
