
Salmon Croquettes with Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the canned salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the salmon croquettes for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the lemon aioli sauce.
- Serve the salmon croquettes hot with the lemon aioli sauce on the side.
