Ingredients
- Lemon (1, cut into wedges)

- Red onion (4 thin slices)
- Smoked salmon (4 ounces)
- Cream cheese (4 tablespoons)
- Bagels (2, sliced in half)
Instructions
- Toast the bagels until they are golden brown.

- Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Top the salmon with the red onion slices and capers.
