Salmon Lox Bagel

A classic New York-style bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, and red onion.

Ingredients

  • Lemon (1, cut into wedges)
  • Fresh dill (1 sprig)
  • Capers (1 tablespoon)
  • Red onion (4 thin slices)
  • Smoked salmon (4 ounces)
  • Cream cheese (4 tablespoons)
  • Bagels (2, sliced in half)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagels until they are golden brown.
  2. Spread each half of the bagels with cream cheese.
  3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Top the salmon with the red onion slices and capers.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with a wedge of lemon on the side.
