Salsa Verde Burger

- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 4 slices Monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup Salsa verde
- To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese and close the grill lid to allow the cheese to melt.
- To assemble the burger, spread a generous amount of salsa verde on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on each bun, then top with the cheeseburger patty.
- Spread more salsa verde on the top half of each bun, then place it on top of the burger. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips
- For an additional kick, you can add jalapenos to your salsa verde. You can also use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
