2 cups
Water
1 cup
Salt
1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon
Ice cubes
1 cup
Fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, frothy, and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Taste the lassi and adjust the salt or cumin to your preference.

  5. Garnish each glass with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
