Ingredients

Cucumber
1 large, diced
Tomato
2 medium, diced
Onion
1 small, finely chopped
Green chili
1, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Chat masala
1 teaspoon
Red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Black salt
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon (to taste)
Roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chili.
  2. Add the lemon juice, chopped cilantro, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt, red chili powder, and chat masala to the bowl.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the spices and lemon juice.
