- 1 large, diced Cucumber
- 2 medium, diced Tomato
- 1 small, finely chopped Onion
- 1, finely chopped (adjust to taste) Green chili
- 1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Chat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste) Red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (to taste) Salt
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder

Instructions
