Ingredients
- Cucumber
- 1 large, diced
- Tomato
- 2 medium, diced
- Onion
- 1 small, finely chopped
- Green chili
- 1, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Chat masala
- 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (to taste)
- Roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chili.
- Add the lemon juice, chopped cilantro, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt, red chili powder, and chat masala to the bowl.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the spices and lemon juice.
- Cover the bowl and let it marinate for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the Sandheko chilled as a refreshing appetizer or side dish.
