- 6-8 fillets, packed in oil Anchovies
- 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced Black olives
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried oregano) Fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons, plus more for drizzling Olive oil

Instructions
