- 1 pound, store-bought or homemade
- Tomato sauce

- Anchovies
- 6-8 fillets, packed in oil
- Black olives
- 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced
- Fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons, plus more for drizzling
- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, typically about 1/4 inch thick for a crispy base.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Evenly sprinkle the minced garlic over the tomato sauce.
- Arrange the anchovy fillets and sliced black olives over the sauce, distributing them evenly.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings, and then sprinkle with fresh oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are bubbly.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares or wedges to serve.
