Ingredients

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Bacon (8 slices)
  • Scallops (16 large)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the bacon-wrapped scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crispy.
