Ingredients
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

- Bacon (8 slices)
- Scallops (16 large)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the bacon-wrapped scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crispy.
- Transfer the scallops to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until the scallops are cooked through.
