- Mixed seafood
- 1 pound (shrimp, scallops, and calamari)
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt

- Fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet along with the paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring gently, until the seafood is cooked through and opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
