Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Carrots
1 cup, sliced
Broccoli florets
1 cup
Bell peppers
1 cup, sliced (mixed colors)
Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon, minced
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Squid
1 cup, cleaned and sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the shrimp, scallops, and squid to the wok, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and opaque. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the vegetables are crisp-tender and vibrant.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil to create the stir-fry sauce.
  6. Pour the sauce over the sautéed vegetables in the wok, stirring to coat them evenly.
  7. Return the cooked seafood back to the wok, tossing everything together to ensure that the flavors meld and the dish is heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.
